WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?
 

We currently ship within the Continental United States, as well as Hawaii and Alaska.

We use both the USPS and UPS for ground shipping. Please note that we ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Orders containing in stock items are fulfilled and shipped within 5-7 days of purchase. There is currently a leadtime of 14 business days {from purchase} on all personalized or custom items. If you need an item sooner, please contact us at

CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE A PRODUCT?
 
Lane & Lila will offer a refund or exchange - less promotional discounts or shipping costs - on most items if the product is returned in its original condition and packaging within 30 days of purchase. Items that are returned after 30 days of purchase will be issued an electronic store credit. Please note that any product not returned in its original condition and packaging will be refused and returned to the customer. Items that cannot be returned include custom orders, personalized and final sale items, which will be noted in the item description.  
 
DO YOU HAVE A STORE FRONT?
We are only available online at this time. However, we often make arrangements with customers in Central Connecticut who wish to pick up their orders. In this case, if shipping is applied to your order during checkout, please note that you are a local customer wishing you pick up your order and the shipping fee will be refunded.
