WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?
We currently ship within the Continental United States, as well as Hawaii and Alaska.
We use both the USPS and UPS for ground shipping. Please note that we ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Orders containing in stock items are fulfilled and shipped within 1-2 days of purchase. There is currently a leadtime of 5 business days from purchase on all handmade items. If you need a handmade item sooner, please contact us at

CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE A PRODUCT?
Lane & Lila will offer a refund or exchange - less promotional discounts or shipping costs - on most items if the product is returned in its original condition and packaging within 14 days of purchase. Items that are returned after 14 days of purchase will be issued an electronic store credit. Please note that any product not returned in its original condition and packaging will be refused and returned to the customer. Items that cannot be returned include custom orders, personalized and final sale items, which will be noted in the item description.
MUST I PAY SALES TAX?
Unless you live in the state of Oklahoma, there will be no sales tax. For Oklahoma residents, an 8.25% sales tax will be added to your order.
DO YOU HAVE A STORE FRONT?
We are only available online at this time. However, we often make arrangements with customers in Central Oklahoma who wish to pick up their orders. In this case, if shipping is applied to your order during checkout, please note that you are a local customer wishing you pick up your order and the shipping fee will be refunded.
